Week 7 - Lecture 18-19 for EEE132 Electronic Device 3rd April, 2012 and Tutorial 3

For tomorrow's lecture, we are going to cover the 4 sub-sections in section 3.4. Conductivity, mobility, drift, and resistance will be the main focus. For those who have not collected Hwk 1 and Tutorial 1, please do so this afternoon. I also have Tutorial 2 graded over the weekend.

As for the tutorial for this week, I have not got a chance to prepare one. I will do it after the break. We will do some discussion on selected material from Chapter 3, if not I will try my best to get  homework 2 and hopefully tutorial 2 ready (not sure!).
