Quizzes 1-4 Introduction to instill responsibility and accountability

Quizzes are introduced to foster consistent study as well as discipline in attending classes.  For Quiz 1, we have only 44 out of 114 attempted as majority of you turn in late to class and some of you have other activities that I do not approve for you to participate during class time.
