Lecture 1-2:
Course Outline / Intro to Solid State - Important Periodic Table for Semiconductors 1/2 hour
Crystal Lattice - simple cubic (sc), body-centered cubic (bcc), face-centered cubic (fcc), diamond and zinc blende
- planes and direction 1/2 hr
-cubic cell calculation 1/2 hr
-densities of Si and GaAs calculation 1/2 hr
