Tutorial 3 (No Grade) : 11th April, 2012 DK6 8 am right before semester break

In this tutorial, we went over 2 problems: 1. Problem 3.11 (Streetman) for the calculation of electron, hole and intrinsic carrier concentrations together with the plot of the energy level. 2. Problem 3.15 (Streetman) for the calculation of the resistance and the current density in a Si block.

Note that this is an equally important materials despite no grading for this tutorial.
