Week 2 - Lecture 4 and 5 for EEE132 Electronic Device 28th Feb, 2012

For tomorrow's lecture, we will finish up the Epitaxial Growth from Chapter 1 in which we are going to focus on the Figure 1-13 as in Streetman's textbook. (This will take up approximately 30 minutes).

Then, we will continue with Chapter 2 that requires patient and diligent understanding about basic quantum mechanics. My plan is to cover until section 2.4 which is on Quantum Mechanics. However, there is a possibility for us to cover only up to Section 2.3 which on the Bohr Model.
