EEE133 Electronic Devices and Circuits Lecture 7-8 Week 3 Tues 4th March 2014 DK6 11-1 pm

In this lecture, we will go through the following sections:

1. Diffusion + pn Potential Barrier (25 minutes)
2. pn junction: unbiased (25 minutes)
3. pn: Forward bias (25 minutes)
4. pn: Reverse bias (25 minutes)

For the first 3 weeks no notes will be given as Dr Norlaili's power point slides will be sufficient for your preparation before/after class
